As a result of our continuing aview of your Standard Safety Analysis' Report BSAR-205, we find that we need additional information to complete our evaluation. The specific information required is listed in the.
enclosure. Please note that the enclosure conforms to our new fomat and numbering system for requests for additional information. This numbering system differs from that used during our acceptance review and is des.-
cribed at the beginning of the enclosure for your information.
E Please note also that we have not completed our first-round review of Section 15 of your SSAR, and we expect that additional requests for infor-('
mation will be fomarded to you by separate letter.
Our review has identified certain areas of your. SSAR which are not accept-
, able to the staff.'?~To avoid future delays, we wish to advise you of our positions in these areas. These positions, identified by the notation (RSP) next to an item number in the enclosure, reflect our resolution of the safety issue which is acceptable for a decision concerning the issuance of a construction permit. Accordingly, we request that you amend your PSAR to clearly state your intent regarding compliance with each of these post-tions. We are prepared to meet with you to assure your complete under-standing of our positions and our bases for them, if necessary.-
To maintain our licensing review schedule for your SSAR, we need your responses to the enclosure items by June 28,1976. If you cannot meet j
