This letter and its enclosures respond to the "Connonwealth of Itassachusetts' First Set of Document Requests to the fiRC Staff Relative to Till Issues" (August 19,1981). Consistent with our response to the Cor:rtonwealth's Interrogatory 10 (Comonwealth of l'.assachusetts' First Set of Interrogatories to the flRC Staff Relative to Till Issues), we will provide documents thich we identify in response to that interrogatory once we have identified the witnesses we plan to offer.

This leaves the documents identified in the remainder of the "flRC Staff Response to Connonwealth's First Set of Interrogatories to the NRC Staff Relative to Till Issues" (September 8, 1981). You have infomed us by telephone that the Connonwealth already has copies of such documents, with the exception of the following:
