FEES FOR THE REVIEW 0F THE PILGRIM 2 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION This office has been advised that on October 23, 1981, the Boston Edison Company withdrew the subject construction permit application and by order dated January 15, 1982, the Atomic Safety and Licer. sing Board Panel dismissed the proceeding. Under the Conmission's policy of cost recovery for the review of withdrawn applications, we have examined the actual expenditures for professional effort and contractual support services from the date the application was filed to the date of withdrawal of the application. Boston Edison Company should be billed for the costs of the review as follows:

We will keep you advised as the law suit progresses.
Please notify this office when the total amount of $916,764 has been collected.
