Dear Mr. Burnstein:
This is in further response to your letter dated January 22, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), six categories of records regarding the Pilgrim and Maine Yankee plants.
During an April 9,1986, telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you agreed to pay the $12.00 per hour fee for professional search time and five cents ($0.05) per page reproduction cost. You also requested that wt search the Pilgrim files only, and that the search should not exceed 50 hours5.787037e-4 days <br />0.0139 hours <br />8.267196e-5 weeks <br />1.9025e-5 months <br />.
The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix A are already available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. The accession number, or microfiche number, is identified beside each record description.
Copies of the documents listed on the enclosed Appendices B and C are enclosed.
c Copies are also being placed in the NRC PDR and the NRC Local Public Document Room (LPDR) located at the Plymouth Public Library, 11 North Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360.
