. previous allegation of forgery and falsification of-QC records a the South Texas Project.M The-formc6 initially stated that individual "A" and indi-vidual "B" had been assigned to the document storage vault to " straighten out" QC records. gsaid that the Cadwcld records-are "all screwed up" and there. is much whiting out" and signing off of Examination Checksheets (ES) and as-built drawings, statedihat individual "A" probably has the folder rnentioned al n

The former B&R employee gave the.following specific information in regard t_o malpractice in-documentation of Cadweld inspection:
.Cadweld 51V181-This Cadweld was inspected by individual "C."
There was N0 prep-aration inspection performed but the EC was initialed sometime later by individual "D" with individual "C's" initials to reflect--
. preparation inspection.as being " satis factory. "
