Ifie SSAT con luded that this allegation is a subset of allegations Ir.suf ficient specificity has been provided for the 55AT to conduct an investigation of this allegation. Hcwever, any technical r.atter conveyed by the a lecation vil)_ be covered as part of the resiew of allegations n Q. This allegation deals with minieurr, bend radius in flexible condult. The 55A1 reviewed each of the seven such instances referred to the SAFE 1EM for investigation. including irspecting . the five cases dispositioned by the S.AFETEAM as acceptable. The 55AT agreed with the SAFETEM findings. In addition, the $5AT inspected several hundred other flexible ccnduit installations during the sit 4 visit. The 55A1_ concluded that the issue of flexible concuit bend radius was adequately co d and that. in the absence-of any additiona specificity frce nothi further coule be gained froc This allegation deals with the adequacy of HVAC welds. The sane concern was raised by several other allegers and the SSAT rake a neric issue out of HVAC velding. The SSAT concluded tha oncern would be addressed as part of the gener c issue, and that there was no advantage to addressing it independently. {PM This allegation addresses interference with remote valve exten. sions which the SAFE 1EAM determined to be acceptable.
