j At our neeting with your staff it Atlanta, Georgia on February 23-24, 1983, we discussed the NRC's comments.)n your proposed Radiological Efiluent Technical Specifications (P.ETS) for Hatch Units 1 and 2.

While nost of thes? connents were satisfactorily resolved at the neeting, a few were not. He have attached, as Enclosure 1, a list (prepared by EGSG Id.iho) of NRC connents on the itens that were not resolved.

He request that, if you do not follow the MRC guidance provided in the enclosed list when you address these itens in your final RETS subnittal, you exnlain in your sum 11ttal lettor the basis for your position on these itens.

He understand, based on conversations with your staff and on your letter of April 7,1983, that you plan to submit the final RETS, Offsite Dose Calculation flanual and Process Control Progran by Septenber 1, 1983. He note that there are not many unresolved items e

renaining, and with so few, an earlier submittal nay be appropriate.

We would appreciate your novinq the scheduled submittal ahead if and to the extent feasible.
