II. Under ARTICLE VIII - DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE, DELETE the Apha prefix of "H" for paragraphs 1 and 2.

Paragraph 1 is revised to read as follows:

The duration of this contract shall be from October 1,1980 through March 31, 1981, and any extensions thereto."

III. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

As a result of this modification, the total amount of the contract is increased by $3,103.50 from $17,209.50 to $20,313.00.
