SF 26, Block 2: The effective date of subject contract is 14 January 1982.

2) Article V - Allowable ' Cost, Fixed Fee and Payment is amended to incorporate the following paragraph on page.9 as section c:

The contractor is hereby authorized to enter into agreements of understanding with the following participants at the designated daily rates with limitations above which the contractor shall not exceed:
