Pursuant to Article X - Soecial Provisions, Paracraoh 2 Ootion To Extend the Term of the Contract, tne Government hereby elects to exercise its cption to continue rental of Groups A, B and D, Item Nos. 1 through 18 and 29 through 40 for an additional three (3) months from March 31, 1981 through June 30, 1981.

Article VIII - Deliveries or Performance, Paragraph 1, is revised as follows:
i The duration of this contract shall be from October 1,1980 through June 30, 1981, and any extensions thereto.

Add the following additional article:
Article XIV - Contract Amount As a result of this. modification, the total amount of this contract is increased by $3,103.50 from $20,313.00 to $23,416.50.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
