This Modification No.1 provides incremental funds in the amount of $250,000.00. Therefore, the contract is revised as follows:

1. Section B.2, Consideration and Obligation--Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Pdragraphs c. and d. are deleted in its entirety and the following new PE agraphs c and d. are substituted in lieu thereof:

"c. The amount presently-obligated with respect to this contract is $450,000.00.
