Regarding Article II, Statement of Work, the following additions are made:

Work Statement, the following is added as an additional task:

" TASK VI. Utilizing the outputs of TASKS IV and.V assist NRC IE in the conduct of one exercise, evaluate the exercise, and provide a full report.

This task involves assistance to NRC IE headquarter staff during the conduct of the exercise, data collection on the performance of each primary individual participating in the exercise, correlation of exercise logs and communications, debriefing of the staff on the conduct of the exercise, evaluating the exercise to determine if the objectives were cbtained, and providing a detailed report and presentation, along with recommendations on NRC IE's ability to conduct operations in response to incidents relating to NRC licensed facilities." _

Report Requirements, the following statement is added as an additional reporting requirement:

"A draft final report (10 copies) and an oral presentation, detailing the results of the exercises performed under TASK VI, will be provided by May 19, 1978.

NRC IE will review the draft and provide comments for incorporation within two (2) weeks after receipt of the draft.

The final report, including NRC comments, will be issued no later than thirty (30) da/s after the receipt of the NRC comments by the Contractor."

II. Reg.teding Article III - Period of Performance, as further amended by Modification No. 3, delete "the period of performance is March 9,1977 through May 10, 1978", and add: "the period of performance of this contract shall be from March 9,1977 through June 30, 1978."

III. Regarding Article IV - Consideration, Paragraph A., Estimated Cost' and Fixed Fee, subparagraph 1, is changed to read:

"1. The presently estimated cost of the work under this contract is $188,344.00" Subparagraph 2, is changed to read:

"2. The fixed fee payable to the Contractor for the peEformance of the work under this contract is $11,300.00" IV. The Contract amount is hereby increased by $14,996.00 from $184,648.00

'o $199,644.00 by reason of this modification.
