This modification is issued to:
o Revise Section C, Description / Specifications / Work Statement, to incorporate MPR Associates, Inc. 's March 1,1989 proposal; o To increase the total estimated amount of the contract; and o To revise the provisional overhead rate for calendar year 1989.
This modification confirms verbal authority provided to you on May 18, 1989 to commence performance of Modification 6.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
- 1. SectionB,SuppliesorServicesandPrices/ Costs,Subsect15nB.2, Consideration ard Obligation--Cost Plus Fixed Fee, is revised to read as follows:
i "8.2 Consideration ano Obligation ~-Cost Plus Fixed Fee
- s. It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $3,266,546.00, of which the sum of $2,969,587.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $296,959.00 represents the fixed fee.,
- b. There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
- c. The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $2,085,000.00."
- 2. Section C, Description /Specif; cations / Work Statement, Subsection C.1, S_tatement of Work, is revised to add the attached statement of work tc be performed in accordance with MPR Associates, Inc.'s Match 1,1989 proposal, incorporated into the contract by this reference.
- 3. Section G, Contract Administration Data, Subsection G.1, Indirect Rates, is revised to read as follows:
"G.1 Indirect Rates
- a. Pending the establishment of final indt.oct rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimt' esed for allowable indirect costs as follows:
