Re: Greene County Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-549 and Case 80006
Dear Sirs:
The Department of Environmental Conservation hereby requests an extension of the time to make discovery requests concerning the testimony and proposed exhibits of the staffs of the NRC and the Department of Public Service. The scheduling order issued on January 4, 1979, called for such discovery requests to be made by February 23, 1979. DEC seeks to extend that time by ten days to March 5, 1979.
On behalf of NRC staff, Counsel has indicated no objection to this request.
