Mr. William Regan, Jr., etal Re fe rence : Docket #50-549

Dear Mr. Regan:

Please refer to information sent to my office regarding Joint Proceedings, Case #80006, " Order Resetting Dates for Further Proceedings, issued Janua ry 5, 1979."

Upon inspection of above named information, we determined that in te rvene rs should file testimony and exhibits by March 2, 1979 Also reference the contained notice of a Pre Hearing Conference scheduled for March 14, 1979 in office of Public Service Commission in Albany, New York.

This of fice, on three occasions, has contacted the office of Mr. Singh Bajwa in an attempt to inquire abcut intervener status. Each time we were told that a Mr. Steven Lewis would be immediately contacting us. To this date we have not been able to reach Mr. Lewis. He has not contacted us.

It is imperative that this village be recognized as Intervener status and that acknowledgment be given to this prospect.

As has already been documented, the Village of Saugerties, due to the proximity of the proposed Greene County site, will suffer the impact of the proposed construction very directly.

It is felt, at this point, we are purposefully being overlooked and ignored in an attempt to circumvent real issues that do concern us.
