After completion of the wiring modification, the pump was satisfactorily tested from the HSCP. This was the first occurrence of a wiring diagram error involving the HSCP.

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued) design intent, the leads were moved to the correct contacts.

1 Followup action was, to correct the control wiring diagram.

Preoperational testing of the HSCP revealed no other wiring problems.
