This was the first occurrence of loss of %he DDPS when reactor power was high enough for compliance with this specification to 'be a concern. This was the fifth time the DDPS has been lost (Reportable Occurrences 335-76-19, 335-76-27, 335-76-38, and 335-76-$ 8) due to various causes.

A previous incorrect computer-to-disk transfer caused the word to be missing from the disk. The computer memory contents were correct, but the disk content error had not been found since this was the first time that the program storage area of the dis'k had 'been accessed.
