Reportable Occurrence 335-77-17 Licensee Event Report Pa e Two Event Descri tion (continued) of CEA 20 was then restored and power was increased to 100 percent.

CEA 20 had been declared inoperable for 43. minutes. This was the fourth occurrence of dropped or misaligned CEA's (335-76-25, 335-76-37, and 335-77-6) but was unrelated to the previous occurrences.

Cause Descri tion continued CEA 23 dropped due to a 240 VAC circuit breaker tripping. The system was determined not to have any other problems. The circuit breaker was closed and CEA 23 operated correctly.
