REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE 335-76-5 LICENSEE EVENT REPORT PAGE TNO EVENT DESCRIPTION (Continued) were not available. This is contrary to Technical Specification 3.3.3.1. The immediate action was to attempt to restore power to the Channel C instrumentation and to initiate the followup action required by Specification 3.3.3.1. Power was restored quickly, so it was not necessary to complete the followup action.

This, was the first occurrence of this type. (335-76-5).

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued)

Followup .action was to check other circuits for loose terminations.

No other loose connections were found.
