SALEM UNIT 1 DOCKET NO. 50-272 FACILITY OPERATING LIGENSE NO. DPR-70 During a 1998 semi-annual ANll audit, a error was found in the Salem Unit 1's RF012 Ninety Day Report submitted to the NRC on June 22, 1998 (Reference PSE&G letter LR-N980337). This letter identified the exam dates as March 7, 1995 to March 17, 1998. The actual exam dates were February 2, 1994 to April 17, 1998. In addition on page 17 of the Enclosure to that letter, the first paragraph identified "six SIG snubbers". The paragraph should have read "sixteen SIG snubbers". The enclosed Salem Unit 1 RF012 Ninety Day Report, Form NIS-1, "Owners Data Report for lnservice Inspections" was revised (Rev. 1) to incorporate the above identified changes.
