NO. 294 SECTION 6 PLANT OPERATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE (PORC) MEMBERSHIP In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a request for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFN Technical Specifications for units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1). This proposed amendment will administratively revise the PORC membership to correspond to the current titles.

The reason and justification for the proposed changes are provided by Enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided by Enclosure 3. TVA requests that these changes be made effective 30 days after approval by NRC.
