In our response to Section 5.9, Pages 53 and 54, we committed to having our I&C group develop a Writer's Guide to standardize procedure writing by the end of the second quarter of 1991 and to the development of an I&C Planning Guideline for issuance during September, 1991. The schedule for completion of these items has been revised.

The estimated completion" date for the I&C Planning Guideline and the I&C Procedure Writer's Guide is December 31, 1991.
