Station (DBNPS) Emergency Plan. DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 32, contains

• Emergency Action Level (EAL) changes associated with incorporation of NEI 99-01, Revision 6, "Development of Emergency Action Levels for Non-Passive Reactors," which were approved for use by the NRC in a Safety Evaluation Report (SER) dated January 12, 2017. Revision 32 also contains changes that do not require NRC approval.

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q), Revision 32 to the Emergency Plan does not result in a reduction in effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, as changed, continues to satisfy the applicable requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. Revision 32 was effective June 22, 2017. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), the DBNPS hereby submits the aforementioned DBNPS Emergency Plan as Enclosure A. A summary of the changes to the DBNPS Emergency Plan are included in the 10 CFR 50.54(q) Initial Screening Report and 10 CFR 50.54(q) Evaluation as Enclosure B.
