Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 Docket Number 50-346, License Number NPF-3 Changes to Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Emergency Plan The purpose of this letter is to transmit Revision 34 to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) Emergency Plan. The DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 34, contains changes to support the plant computer upgrade. The DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 34 changes did not require NRC approval.

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q), Revision 34 to th~ Emergency Plan does not result in .a reduction in effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, as changed, and continues to satisfy the applicable requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. The DBNPS Emergency Plan, Revision 34 was effective November 12, 2019. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), the DBNPS hereby submits the aforementioned DBNPS Emergency Plan as Enclosure A. A summary of the changes to the DBNPS Emergency Plan are included in the Emergency Plan Revision 34 (Enclosure A), "Summary of Plan Changes," and in the 10 CFR 50.54(q), Screen/Evaluation in Enclosure 8.
