The staff will review all of your comments as well as those provided by the licensee in a letter dated December 13, 1994 and by the ACRS in a letter dated December 19, 1994.
The comments from the licensee and the ACRS were provided to you under separate cover.
The staff will make changes to the draft SE to address the comments as appropriate.

By letter dated November 29,
- 1994, you provided comments on the staff's draft safety evaluation (SE) regarding spent fuel pool cooling issues at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station.
The staff is in receipt of your comments and is considering those comments as it prepares to finalize the draft safety evaluation.
The staff noted that approximately one-third of your comments (pp 1-9 of the enclosure to the November 29, 1994 letter) addressed the licensing basis discussions in Section 3.0 and Appendix A of the draft SE.
As the staff stated at the December 8,
1994 ACRS meeting, the analysis and conclusions in these sections of the draft SE are under continuing review by NRC management, Docket Nos.
