During the course of the staff's review of the issues raised in your November 27, 1992 Part 21 report, the staff has received additional information from the licensee on certain specific technical issues.

In addition, the staff has examined supporting documents during visits to the licensee's headquarters and the Susquehanna site.

In order to help keep you abreast of the staff's ongoing review, we are providing copies of these documents to you.

Enclosure 2 is a handout related to the licensee's 0 tob 20 evaluation of hydrodynamic loads that was provided to the staff d 1993 visit to the licensee's headquarters.

Additional information on hydrodynamic loads was provided by the licensee in a letter dated DeceIIIber 8, 1993 (Enclosure 3).

Two additional documents are included.

The first is a copy of the licensee's Final Safety Analysis Report change documentation related to the change in standby gas treatment inlet temperature from 180 'F to 125 F (Enclosure 4).

The second document is the licensee's probabilistic risk analysis (PRA) of loss of spent fuel pool cooling events (Enclosure 5).
