As we described in our October 8, 1993 letter, the staff has developed an action plan to systematically and carefully evaluate the technical concerns outlined in your November 27,

1992, 10 CFR Part 21 report and in subsequent correspondence.

The action plan, a copy of which is included as an enclosure, identifies specific technical

issues, provides a projected schedule for evaluation and provides a schedule for determination of any further action.

Please

note, the plan considers the issues on both a plant-specific and generic basis.
