ERRATA FOR CALLAWAY PLANT - PHYSICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATIONS INSPECTION REPORT 05000483/2015401 AND 07201045/2015401

Dear Mr. Diya:

Due to an error in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection Report 05000483/2015401 and 07201045/2015401, dated May 5, 2015 (ML15126A589), we are requesting you please replace that report with the entire enclosed document. The changes are necessary to correct an error in the inspection report number associated with the 05000483 docket number. The enclosed corrected report replaces 05000483/2015401 with 05000483/2015407 and leaves reference to 07201045/2015401 unchanged.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, a copy of this letter, and its enclosure (with the exception stated below) will be available electronically for public inspection in the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

However, the material enclosed herewith contains Security-Related Information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present a security vulnerability. Therefore, the material in the enclosure will not be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the PARS component of NRCs ADAMS. If you choose to provide a response and Security-Related information is necessary to provide an acceptable response, please mark your entire response Security-Related Information-Withhold from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and follow the instructions for withholding in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1). CALLAWAY PLANT - PHYSICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATIONS INSPECTION REPORT 05000483/2015407 AND 07201045/2015401

Dear Mr. Diya:

On April 30, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Inspection at your Callaway Plant. On April 30, 2015, the inspector discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. E. Olson, Security Manager, and other members of your staff. An exit meeting was conducted by telephone on May 4, 2015, with Mr. L. Graessle, Senior Director, Operations Support. The inspector documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.

Further, the inspection covered the NRCs Additional Security Measures for the Physical Protection of the Dry Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.

The NRC inspector did not identify any findings or violations of more than minor significance.
