Docket No. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 124 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and forty conformed copies of Amendment Application No. 124 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13. Amendment Application No. 124 consists of Proposed Change No. 140, which is a revision of the Conditions of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13.
Proposed Change No. 140 is a request to revise the Contents and Conditions of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 to require the installation of a post-accident sampling system by July 1, 1986 or startup from the Cycle IX refueling outage, whichever is earlier. The inclusion of this license condition in Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 will revise the NRC Order Confirming Commitments for San Onofre Unit 1 dated March 14, 1983.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12 as revised in 49 FR 21293 dated May 21, 1984, Amendment Application No. 124 is determined to require a fee of
$150.00. Accordingly, SCE's Check No. T032736 in the amount of $150.00 to cover the fees is enclosed as required by 10 CFR 170.12.
