Suggest you talk with Singh first, his initial assessment was that this issue appeared to be plant specific, and that a generic communication was not warranted. If so, we may not need to do a full evaluation, suggest you discuss with Jesse next to see exactly what is needed. Don't forget we also need to address new reactors, although if it is not an issue for the operating side, it probably is not an issue for plants under review.
