Regulatory Audit Plan - Wolf Creek Generating Station License Amendment Request to Revise Technical Specification 3.3.5 (EPID L-2019-LLA-0062)

By letter dated June 13, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19162A106), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued an audit plan for the subject task. The audit summary was scheduled to be issued by August 30, 2019. By email dated August 12, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19224A524), the NRC staff requested for additional information to complete its review. The licensee provided its response to the request (except for one request for additional information (RAI)) by letter dated September 10, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19260D630) and requested for extension to provide response to the pending RAI. Hence, the NRC staff is unable to conclude the audit and has decided to keep the audit open longer than expected. The NRC staff now intends to issue the audit summary 6-8 weeks from the date of the final RAI response.
