NRC and TVA Senior Management discussion of issues regarding the licensing basis for hydrologylflooding at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), Unit 1, and Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SON),

including:

1. The current status of work completed to resolve hydrology issues at WBN and SON, including discussion of:

A. The bounding flooding levels at WBN and SON.

B. Compensatory measures.

C. Discussion of sand baskets in place at selected dams.

2. TVA's plans and schedule for accomplishing remaining work to resolve hydrology issues at WBN and SON.

A. Plans and schedule to submit licensing action requests to update the licensing basis for WBN* and SON.

B. Plans to implement permanent modifications at SON and WBN.

3. Coordination with Fukushima 50.54(f) letter response.
