Sam, As we discussed, the date change for the Davis-Besse draft SER and related change in schedule of the ACRS subcommittee was due to the number of open items exceeding 10 (currently at 11). The increase in open items from 6 to 11 was unexpected, based on our collective understanding of the draft SER production schedule, as discussed in February and on the March 5th telecom. Due to the recent addition of 5 new open items, the FENOC Fleet Regulatory Director (Gregg Halnon) would like to have a brief conversation with the Acting Director of License Renewal (Melanie Galloway). Gregg will be attending the RIS conference in Rockville on Tuesday and Wednesday (3/13 & 14). Are you aware of any opportunities with Melanies 1

schedule that would provide a window for a brief (<10 minute) discussion with Gregg?
