FENOC provides the following minor editorial comments on the attached telecon summary: , page 1, 1st paragraph, 3rd line, the year "2011" should read "2012". , page 1, the headings at the bottom of the page should be moved to page 2 at the beginning of the associated text. , page 2, 2nd and 3rd paragraphs, the word "surface" should read "surfaces", because two surfaces are being discussed (inner and outer) in both paragraphs. , page 2, 3rd paragraph, 1st sentence, add the word "issue" after the word "this" to read, "After some discussion, the staff indicated that it will need to review this issue further...". , page 2, Section 4.3.2.2.2, 2nd paragraph, last sentence, add the word "approach" after the word "this" to read, "The applicant noted that this approach is consistent with the industry guidance..."
