SRO Only Points = 25 RO Questions Average = 92.6 SRO Questions Average = 90.3 Class Average = 92.1 Analysis Results Question 061: Reviewed question and asked candidates why the selected distractors A and D and they could not remember verifying core cooling prior to terminating ECCS flow so they selected an answer that addressed subcooling and/or pressurizer level as parameters to allow ECCS flow termination. No further action required.

Question 067: All candidates that missed question selected distractor A as they believed that the limit only applied to MODES 1 and 2. On review they understood why the applicability is MODES 1 through 4.. No further action required.

Question 077: Six of seven SRO candidates missed this question. This knowledge gap is included in CR-2011-006939.

No chnages were made to the exam during administration. The exam given was the exam approved prior to administration. No questions were challenged and the results are accepted as listed on this spreadsheet (the scores on the exam cover sheet are not rounded as in the spreadsheet) 1 of 1
