ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OF THE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT WITH OPEN ITEMS The license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) license renewal application (LRA) and have issued the Safety Evaluation Report With Open Items Related to the License Renewal of Cooper Nuclear Station, Docket No. 50-298. We request that the Advisory Sub-Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staffs Safety Evaluation Report With Open Items for the CNS LRA. The CNS LRA is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS Full Committee in October 2010. The required copies of the pertinent documents have already been delivered to the ACRS (Point of Contact, Kathy Weaver at 301-415-6236).
