  • Provide Constellation the opportunity to respond to the NRCs Annual Performance Assessment and identify new or existing programs to maintain or improve their performance

  • Nine Mile Point Unit 1 was in the Regulatory Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for all four quarters of 2007
  • Nine Mile Point Unit 2 was in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for all four quarters of 2007
  • All cornerstone objectives were fully met
  • NRC plans baseline inspections at Nine Mile Point, Units 1 and 2, for the remainder of 2008
