KEWAUNEE POWER STATION - TRANSMITTAL OF FINAL ACCIDENT SEQUENCE PRECURSOR ANALYSES

Dear Mr. Gaffney:

The enclosure provides the final results of the Accident Sequence Precursor (ASP) analyses of an event which occurred at Kewaunee Power Station as documented in Licensee Event Report 305/03-002. The subject event resulted in the unavailability of both Emergency Diesel Generators for 28 hours3.240741e-4 days <br />0.00778 hours <br />4.62963e-5 weeks <br />1.0654e-5 months <br /> during February 2003 . The ASP analysis calculated a mean change in core damage probability (CDP) of 3x10-6.
