BEAVER VALLEY POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 1 (BVPS-1) - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. MB9748)

Dear Mr. Pearce:

By letter dated June 24, 2003, you applied for an amendment to BVPS-1 Facility Operating License No. DPR-66. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications to clarify the steam generator tube inspection definition and the steam generator tube repair criteria. Subsequently, by letter dated February 9, 2004, you withdrew the amendment request.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
