TVA Exhibit 86 TVA Exhibit 86 includes retention registers and memorandums, most of which were sent on August 30, 1996, notifying Watts Bar employees that their jobs are no longer needed and of their option to resign or to be assigned to CTS. The memorandums are essentially the same as the memorandum sent to Fiser, Joint Exhibit 28. The exhibit lists more than 240 Watts Bar employees on more than 55 retention registers, with each register consisting of a separate competitive level. The exhibit shows that memorandums were sent to about 75 Watts Bar employees notifying them of their option to be assigned to CTS, the successor organization to TVAS, or to resign their TVA employment. The exhibit also shows that more than 75 other Watts Bar employees whose positions were being eliminated successfully found other TVA jobs and thus were not issued a memorandum assigning them to CTS.
