Pursuant to 10 CFR 21.21(a)(2), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy, hereby submits this interim report.
The deviation to be evaluated is the failed bench test of a Clark Relay Modei4U3-130. The relay has been sent to the vendor for evaluation.
