FPL FEB2 5 20UU L-2005-050 10 CFR 50.36 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, D. C. 20555 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 2004 Annual Reports of Occupational Exposure, and Reactor Coolant Specific Activity Limits Attached is a tabulation of the 2004 occupational exposure data for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 as required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.2.a. Deep dose equivalent exposure by Direct Reading Dosimeter (DRD) was 130.020 person-rem. Deep dose equivalent exposure by Thermoluminescent Dosimeter (TLD) was 117.350 person-rem. Deep dose equivalent exposure by TLD includes conservative application of dose due to lost or damaged dosimetry and neutron exposure.

In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.2.b, the reactor coolant specific activity limits of 1O0/E-bar microcuries per gram of gross radioactivity, and 1.0 microcurie per gram Dose Equivalent 1-131 defined by Technical Specification 3.4.8 for Units 3 and 4, were not exceeded during 2004.
