CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 0000 on 011201 the unit was at 64% power and in the process of ramping down to take the unit off line for a turbine balance move. The ramp down was completed and the unit was taken off line at 1245 on 011201. The balance move was completed and the generator was connected to the grid at 2218 on 011202. The unit was ramped up and achieved 100% power at 1246 on 011203.
