  • The James A. FitzPatrick Plant was granted a revision to it's operating license on 12/7/96 to operate at 2536 MWT. Power Uprate operation was delayed until January 1997.

The operation in December was at a limit of 2436 MWT.

The FitzPatrick Plant remained off line for the end of Cycle 12 Refueling Outage until 12/12/96.

The Reactor was manually scrammed on 12/15/96 at 0058 due to EHC hydraulic fluid leak on no. 1 turbine bypass valve actuator seal.

The plant resumed operation on 12/19/96 at 0506 (generator on-  !
