REPORT MONTH: FEBRUARY,1999 Docket No.: 50-333 Unit Name: FitzPatirck Date: March 9,1999 Completed By: Steve DeFillippo Telephone: (315)349-6354 The FitzPatrick Plant,with the exception of minor derates for rod adjustments, operated at or near rated power until 2/26 when a fire associated with a circulating water pump motor required a derate to 65%.

This problem was corrected and full power operation resumed 3/1/99, l
