e 4 REPORT MONTH: JULY,1999 Docket No.: 50-333 Unit Name: FitzPatirck Date: August 6,1999 Completed By: Saleh Alarifi Telephone: (315)349-6309 The FitzPatrick Plant was derated to take the generator offline twice to fix the TIB bolted connection and the 71 MOD-10003 disconnect problem. 'Ihe JAF Plant also entered a forced outage on 7/13 by manual reactor shut down to repair a leak on the feedwater header drain line. The plant was returned to service on 7/17 and operated at or near full power for the rest of this period.
