NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE JULY 1985 The FitzPatrick plant operated at near full thermal power for the first eighteen days of the reporting period. On July 19 the unit tripped on low condenser vacuum which was caused by personnel error during electrical load transfers. The plant returned to service on July 20. On July 26 the unit again tripped due to improper operator action during Turbine control valve testing. The plant returned to service on July 28.

At the end of the reporting period the FitzPatrick plant is operating at approximately 783 mw, .
