This responds to Mr. Blaine Murray's letter dated May 19,1998, which transnJtted Inspection Report 50-483/98010. Per your request, we hereby commit to the actions as described in Section P5 of the report. With one exception, these actions were completed by May 15,1998 as committed. Further review of current Emergency Response Organization (ERO) training records determined one individual had satisfactorily completed the required initial training, but had not completed appropriate requalification training. This individual was removed from the ERO roster and a corrective action document was initiated. We further understand the actions described in Section P5 of the report are being treated as an Inspection Follow-up Item (50 483/98010-01).
None of the information in this response is considered proprietary by Union Electric.
