Thank you for your letter of August 5,1998, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated July 6,1998. We have reviewed your reply and find that your actions, both implemented and planned, are responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will perform followup inspection of the fully implemented correction actions during future onsite inspection efforts.
