Notice of Violation dated February 17, 1988. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained. We
note, however, that your response deals only with the specific procedural

deficiencies identified and does not address the larger issue of other potential
procedure problems. We have accepted this response on the basis that the

larger issue will be addressed in your response to EA 87-213.
